The overall Community Centre will be delivered in two phases. Phase 1 delivers the new Village Hall and essential site infrastructure. Our current cost plan is £2.48 million. Phase 2 will deliver the Sports Pavilion at an estimated £900,000. These figures will be updated following completion of RIBA Stage 4 and competitive tender.
