The HDCC Business Plan is a living, working document, regularly reviewed and updated by Trustees as the project develops. It reflects the latest information on project costs, funding, construction, future operations and the long-term financial sustainability of the new Community Centre.
The Plan is shared with members of the Parish Council Advisory Committee for scrutiny and review, providing an additional layer of transparency and oversight.
It also forms a key part of our funding platform, demonstrating to local government, trusts, foundations and other potential funders that the project is carefully planned, financially considered and capable of operating sustainably for the long term.
